We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous U.S.

The contiguous United States consists of the 48 adjoining U.S. states and the District of Columbia of the United States of America.

The term excludes the only two non-contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Preordered Items: If you preordered an item, your entire order will ship together when the preordered item becomes available. We will not ship your items separately.

In an effort to get your purchase to you quickly, occasionally your order will be split into more than one shipment.

Your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number should reflect what was delivered. You will receive a second email with tracking for the rest of your order when it ships. If your order confirmation includes your whole order, but only some items arrive, please reach out to us at hello@vedademar.com!

For Canada, UK, and the EU we offer two levels of international shipping.

• Standard International Shipping: 7 to 11 business days in transit, 3 to 5 days processing time.

• Express International Shipping: 3 to 6 business days in transit, 1 to 3 days processing time.

 

For All Other Countries we offer one level of international shipping.

• Express International Shipping: 3 to 6 business days in transit, 1 to 3 days processing time. 

Shipping times vary widely by country. Please include processing time in your order’s shipping time. Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping costs differ by country for Express and Standard International Shipping.

We cannot ship to international PO boxes.

Once we process your order, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number usually within 1-2 business days after the purchase.

While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally, there are glitches on the carrier’s end. We recommend using your tracking information to check with your postal carrier for packages marked as "delivered" that did not show up.
