Returns & Exchanges

  • All item(s) must be returned in the original package and must have the same conditions in which they were received; must be unused, unstained, damaged free, unwashed, with all hang tags and hygienic protector intact.
  • All Veda de Mar products are eligible for returns & exchanges, except the ones bought under the SALE category or if explicitly stated in the product page. 
  • Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size or else please proceed with a return request.
  • All returned products must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. No exceptions.
  • We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return my order?

Yes, most products can be returned. All returned products must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original, unused pristine condition with hang tag intact, and hygienic protector intact on any swimwear items.


Duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Veda de Mar. You may be able to get these refunded by contacting your local customs office; however, we're not able to guarantee this.

Please Note: All items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund.

How do I return my products?

You will be able to print out your Return Shipping Label via the returns portal.


  1. Print out your Return Shipping Label and the Return Note.
  2. Find a bag or box that will fit all the items you are returning. You can always reuse the eco-friendly package that your items arrived in with your original order.
  3. Place all the items you want to return in your package. Please also include the Return Note that printed out with your Return Shipping Label. This will reduce the time needed to process your refund.
  4. Make sure the items fit snugly in the package to avoid excess shipping costs. Remove any old shipping labels that are on the package. Place the Shipping Label on the outside of the bag or box.

How long do returns take to process? When will I get my refund?

We will process your return and refund when your item arrives at our returns processing center. Return shipments will take 5-10 days to arrive depending on where the shipment has originated. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your original payment method after we have received your returned items.


Please Note: We are only able to refund the original payment method of the order.

Are international returns free?

We do not cover the shipping charges for returns. Customer are able to purchase their own shipping labels through our portal with carrier discounts or their own label to return their items. Duties and taxes are not refundable.

Please Note: You must include the packing slip that we provide.

Do you offer exchanges for international orders?

We only offer exchanges for our U.S. customers. For all other customers, the best option is to create a new order for the different size or item you want.

Will you refund my shipping fee when an order is returned?

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order is returned.

I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 30 days. What should I do?

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of placing your order.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

Not a problem! If hang tags and hygienic protectors are attached, you can send your items back in any packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges can be made through our return portal: HERE

You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items in new condition with hang tags and hygienic protectors attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange. We currently only offer exchanges for a different size. If you prefer to exchange for a different color or item, return it and place a new order.

Please Note: You cannot exchange an item that has already been exchanged.

Also Note: International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

How soon will I get my refund?

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
