How do I track my order?

Once we process your order, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number usually within 1-2 business days after the purchase.

Sometimes our emails get filtered through "SPAM". Don’t forget to check if it is there, if not, please write an email to help@vedademar.com and our Veda Team will help you out.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE! standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous U.S. Other shipping options are available at a cost.

What is your return and exchange policy?

How do I mail my return or exchange?

Can I cancel or modify my order prior to shipping?

You can place a request by emailing help@vedademar.com indicating the order number and the exact change to be made. Our customer service will contact you via email to notify you if it is possible or not.

Are there restrictions around promotional codes?
  • You may only use one code per order. If your order qualifies for multiple sitewide promotions, only the highest value promotion will be applied.
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to digital or physical gift cards.
  • All $20 store credit codes are valid on orders of $95 or more.
  • Free Shipping promotions apply only to U.S. orders.
What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, Contact Us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then Contact Usletting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Where are your products made?

We like our fabric quality like we like our sleep quality: premium. We source and manufacture our apparel in our home country of Colombia. Everything from our raw materials, packaging, textiles to our high-quality fabrics our customers expect come from Colombia.

The more we grow, and as our manufacturing quantities increase, this will continue to be a priority for us. When developing a product, we choose to be a forward thinking, sustainably operated business with our operations and manufacturing always staying in our home country of Colombia. A country known for best-in-class raw material fibers and quality.

Can I recycle my packaging?

Yes. The packaging for our products is made of jute and kraft paper– which is biodegradable and also recyclable and can be used for a long time.

We as a company have a strong environmental ethos that we are acting on, from our origins we said no to plastic packaging and poly mailers opting for jute and kraft paper as a raw material and to other sustainable materials.

All of our paper used for packaging is FSC certified, which means it comes from forests that are responsibly managed, socially beneficial, environmentally conscious, and economically viable.
